At The Paw Print, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
